Steps to use the DBP Online Payment Platform for the City of Davao

Since the City of Davao already has its own online payment platform, it is time for us to know how to pay using one of its partnered bank- DBP

DBP online facility has on its advantage various ways for you to pay the City of Davao using one of the following:

1. Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and JCB)

2. Debit Cards (bearing either Visa, MasterCard, or JCB logo)

3. DBP issued debit card

4. Paymaya e-wallet (mobile wallet)

If you already have your Order of Payment Transaction Number (OPTN), simply go to https://www.davaocity.gov.ph/ and Choose Pay via DBP

You will then redirected to https://filipinopay.com/dbp/ for you to input the following details:

Type of Fee: select from (Business, Miscellaneous, or Real Property)

OPTN: input your own order of payment transaction number

Email Address: input your registered email address

Mobile number: input your mobile number

Click the Submit Button to validate your OPTN.

Once it is validated, click Proceed to Payment on the pop-up window

Accept the Terms and Condition on the next page so you can proceed to choose your mode of payment

If you are to pay via Credit or Debit Card, choose the Online Card Payment option. If you intend to pay via e-wallets or mobile wallets, choose the Ewallet Payments option.

Under Online Card Payments

you can further choose to use a DBP card or use Visa/ MasterCard/JCB

Under Ewallet Payments

you can choose Paymaya ewallet

Tick the I hereby certify that the above information is true and correct and click the Proceed to Payment button.

Input your card details

for credit/debit card payment and click Confirm Payment

If you are using the Paymaya e-wallet

Click the Pay with Paymaya

Input your registered Paymaya ewallet account and click the Login button

Now enter the One-time password (OTP) that was sent to your mobile phone as text and click the Proceed button.

Review the payment details and click the Confirm Payment button.

Wait for the confirmation page and you will automatically be redirected to the Transaction complete page.

Remember, all transactions will generate an email notification wherein the details of your transaction are written. keep this email notification and present it to the City Treasurer’s office when claiming your official receipt.
